Step 2: Planning

Site walkthrough on the lot to identify site preparation allowance and specific conditions
Townsley to provide a proposal specifically crafted for you forecasting all costs to the best of our knowledge
Homeowner chooses acceptance of proposal and executes a contract/provides deposit

Step 3: Design & Permitting

Redlines meeting to do final review of floor plan, electrical plans and specifics of your home
Site plan meeting to do final review of location of home including setbacks, utilities and site preparation.
Selections meeting to make final choice of finishes

Step 4: Groundbreaking

Commence construction
Site preparation whereby clearing, grading and erosion control take place

Step 5: Construction Progress

Periodic updates keeping you informed of the progress
Pre-Drywall Meeting after all trades and framing is complete
