Step 1: Initial Consultation

  • Identify any potential changes to the floor plan & finishes
  • Discuss your property or look at one of ours – Provide HOA/POA documentation to Townsley

Step 2: Planning

  • Site walkthrough on the lot to identify site preparation allowance and specific conditions
  • Townsley to provide a proposal specifically crafted for you forecasting all costs to the best of our knowledge
  • Homeowner chooses acceptance of proposal and executes a contract/provides deposit

Step 3: Design & Permitting

  • Redlines meeting to do final review of floor plan, electrical plans and specifics of your home
  • Site plan meeting to do final review of location of home including setbacks, utilities and site preparation.
  • Selections meeting to make final choice of finishes

Step 4: Groundbreaking

  • Commence construction
  • Site preparation whereby clearing, grading and erosion control take place

Step 5: Construction Progress

  • Periodic updates keeping you informed of the progress
  • Pre-Drywall Meeting after all trades and framing is complete

Step 6: Completion and Delivery

  • Final Walk-thru meeting
